The ski facilities were good and the staff was friendly. the rooms were spacious and had nice amenities. the Christmas decorations were lovely.

The hotel was located too far from the slopes and the shuttle service was limited. the wellness area was disappointing and not up to 5-star standards.

This luxury hotel provides exclusive amenities, fulfilling all my needs. the service was of great quality, catering to my every desire. the Spa & wellness centre was particularly impressive, with a variety of treatments available, including massages and beauty treatments. I enjoyed spending time in the indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and the infinity pool with a stunning view. the restaurant had a varied menu and the food was delicious.

the sun loungers were not very comfortable, which detracted from my relaxation time, but it was a minor issue.

Great breakfast options with fresh fruit and pastries. Convenient location near popular tourist attractions. The room had a comfortable bed and clean bathroom.

Overpriced room and lackluster customer service. The hotel staff made no extra effort to accommodate our needs and did not provide enough information about local activities.

Located in a beautiful area, the cocktail bar served a delicious Black Forest Gateau. Rooms were comfortable with large bathrooms and excellent service. the breakfast offered plenty of options and the spa had a great pool and sauna. the hotel offered ski shuttle service and ski storage.

No free bottled water provided.

I had a great time at this hotel thanks to the friendly and welcoming staff who made me feel at home. From the moment I arrived, the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities amazed me. The room was large and comfortable with a lovely balcony and a spacious bathroom. The hotel is conveniently located close to the town center where I tried the delicious Black Forest Gateau, and it was easy to get down to the slopes with the shuttle service. The breakfast provided was of high quality, and the staff was always ready to assist me when I needed help.
